The EU POPs Regulation Adds Restrictions on UV-328

On July 15th, 2025, the EU issued the amendment regulation (EU) 2025/843 to the POPs Regulation (EU)2019/1021, adding the restrictions of UV-328. The revised regulations shall come into force on the 20th day (4 August 2025) after being published in the Official Gazette of the European Union. So far, the number of substances restricted in Part A of Appendix I of POPs regulations has reached 31.

In Part A of Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2019/1021, the following entry is added:
